Where is my guest profile saved?
Your guest profile stays in this browser. If you clear your browser data or use another device, you’ll need to set it up again.
How many chats can I save?
Free accounts can keep 2 saved chats. Premium accounts can keep up to 10.
What do advanced filters do?
Premium filters let you choose who you’d like to meet by gender, age range, country, or territory.
What’s the difference between a friend request and a chat request?
A friend request connects two people. A chat request is an invitation to talk from someone who is already your friend.
What should I do if someone makes me uncomfortable?
Leave the chat, then use the report or block controls. Reports help us review what happened, while blocking stops that person from contacting you.
Can I change my age, gender, or country?
These details are fixed after setup for now. Email Support if you need help with them.
